Tripollar - Services & Packages

TriPollar treatments deliver immediate visible body and facial contouring effects from the first treatment – and long-lasting results without surgery or downtime.
TriPollar technology painlessly delivers focused and optimal radio-frequency (RF) energy to the skin surface and to subcutaneous fat layers.Controlled energy is delivered via three electrodes and limited to the treatment area.
This focused delivery results in immediate visible results.
For improved results it is recommended to undergo a series of treatments.
TriPollar allows our specialist to choose between body and/or facial treatments.
Targeted facial treatment regenerates collagen fibers in the dermis layer.
Targeted body treatments shrink fat cells in the hypodermis layer
and accelerate collagen regeneration.

TriPollar Now compared to Older Technologies:
Since both 1st generation mono-polar and 2nd generation bi-polar RF
technologies are not focused, they usually require much higher energy to achieve results which heats the skin that is near the electrodes. This causes pain and a higher risk of burns and skin damage. In addition, these older technologies require cooling mechanisms to mitigate risks, which result in less efficient heating of the skin layers.

Treat Delicate Areas:
TriPollar technology enables treatment of fine lines and very delicate areas of the face without causing damage or pain. These include areas around the lips (peri oral) and around the eyes (peri orbital).

Collagen Regeneration:
The elastic fibers of the skin, collagen and elastin,
are produced by fibroblasts.
As they are heated, they contract and collagen strands are pulled closer
resulting in immediately tightened skin.
The deep heating effect in turn accelerates the fat cell metabolism
to augment (increase) collagen regeneration over the full treatment course.
The desired result:
tighter, younger looking skin immediately and long-term skin remodeling.
Fat reduction:
Heating the fat cells accelerates metabolism and causes them to shrink. The rise in temperature forces fat cells to secrete fatty acids (liquid fat), which are disposed via the blood and lymph system.
The desired result: fat and circumference reduction and minimized cellulite appearance.

What are the side effects?
You may have some redness or slight swelling after each session, which typically disappears within sereral hours. Blisters, burns, or scabs are extremely rare and should prompt a call to our office for follow-up.
How many treatments does it take?
Because this procedure is gradual and safe,
it takes 8 treatments for the best effect, given on a weekly basis.
Fortunately, the treatments are easy and fast, lasting around 30 minutes,
 with no down-time.
You can return immediately to work or regular activities.
Consistency is important, as the effects are cumulative.
Don't expect to see many results after 2 or 3 treatments.
The regimen of 8 weekly treatments provides effective results for most patients.
Those with more advanced skin issues may need up to 12 treatments.
Because the body continues to age as we get older, it is recommended to undergo maintenance treatments twice a year
to keep the youthful result.
When will I see results?
As with many processes in the body, collagen does not grow overnight.
It takes weeks to slowly grow and develop.
Most patients begin to see results after the fourth or fifth treatment,
although everyone is different.
The final results are typically apparent 1 month after the last (8th) treatment.
Is this treatment safe for everyone?
Patients with pacemakers, defibrillators, or metal bone implants
should not undergo radiofrequency treatment.
Dental implants, however, are fine with this procedure.
Also, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not
considered candidates for this treatment.
Patients with a history of cancer must wait at least one year after treatment
and be cleared by an oncologist to proceed with radiofrequency treatments.
Those with connective-tissue disease (lupus, etc) will not respond well to this treatment, and should evaluate other options.
